Write your own stage descriptions

Every transaction stage can carry a short description explaining what happens when you client clicks an info button in their portal. Write these once at the template level and they appear on every future transaction.

Stage descriptions do appear by default, but you can change them yourself if you'd like.

Use Resources for the questions you answer constantly

Lender contacts, inspection checklists, utility transfer instructions, curb appeal suggestions... anything you send to more than one client should live in the Resources section of your Client Templates. Your buyers and sellers will see all of your resources right in their portal.

Add an intro video

A one or two minute welcome video sets the tone better than any onboarding email. Upload as many intro videos as you need for your Client Templates, and they'll appear when your clients log in to their portal for the first time.

Let the portal reduce clutter

Once you and your clients are both using Sequent for showings, offers, bids, transaction deadlines, etc., the check-in text messages slow down on their own. This means easier communication and less clutter in your texts and inbox distracting you from the real conversations.
